Anders Gustafsson is a professor of marketing at BI Norwegian Business School. Dr. Gustafsson researches customer satisfaction and loyalty, management of customer relationships, and consumer behavior. His research has been published in top academic journals in marketing, and he is very active in the field of service research. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Service Research. Dr. Gustafsson was the first international president for AMA’s (American Marketing Association) academic council and a recipient of the Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions to the Services Discipline Award.
